• identify how much of your costs you can do without!

• Just start ... now dammit!
• Writing books
• Making products
• Making software/apps etc.
• Offering services
• whatever you want - be creative!
• step 3
• get a mentor
• THIS STEP IS MANDATORY!
• You need to find someone who has success in your chosen business.  He/She needs to mentor you i.e. not as a partner but as a real mentor.
• If you cannot get a mentor, CHOOSE one and EMULATE him/her.
• e.g. Scott Adams or D.Bannatyne
• step 4
• change enabler or business!
• Work your new business with all your energy until you can replace your enabler with your business.
• If business does not reach your goal and it is not going to, change business - start new one!
• Be flexible is the lesson here
• step 5 
• constantly change mentor
• The first million is the hardest, your mentor is there to show you the ropes and get you to the next level. If your first Mentor cannot get you "all the way to the top"; change mentors to reach each new level
• If you are extremely lucky, your first mentor will be enough
• step 6
• Enjoy your new life! -- Build empire
• Your goal is not to "break even" -- you must have time to enjoy life, therefore hire people to do your work. Your mentor should help you along this path.
